Item Description
10.5x12.25" display mat contains 8x10" issued by "United States Treasury War Finance Committee" w/printing date of 1944. Certificate is full color and Los Angeles, CA issue, w/Southern California War Finance Committee Chairman's facsimile signature and matching notation at lower right of mat. Los Angeles printer notation at lower right of certificate. 22 character portraits including Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, Seven Dwarfs, Baby Weems, Joe Carioca and others at borders. Certificate is unused w/strip of aging at top and some lt. wear. VF overall. Scarce version of a war years Disney classic and first we've offered in our 51 years w/matching mat.
