16.25x22.75" frame w/13.75x20" opening. Double page spread featuring a "hung over" Uncle Sam at the center of a dream sequence featuring gambling and drinking accoutrements including bottles labeled "Stand Pat Booze/Bull Moose Bitters/That's All Wilson", a "Debs Dope" pitcher", cigars, scattered cards w/gambling chips and a scene of galloping elephant, donkey and moose. Vertical fold and two sets of staple holes at center. Minor handling wear and age toning. VF. Professionally framed w/print sealed in acetate behind Plexiglas.
