Item Description
14x22" cardboard w/"Milwaukee 59" union bug at bottom right. Dewey defeated Minnesota Gov. Harold Stassen, Gen. Douglas MacArthur and 1940 GOP nominee Wendell Willkie in the Wisconsin primary that all but ensured him the 1944 GOP nomination. A .5" area of loss at top left corner and a faint moisture mark at top right corner affecting the "es!" in "Delegates!" VF. Otherwise a very clean and bright example of this rare political advertisement.
