Item Description
13" tall doll is mostly velveteen, w/exception of felt ears and cloth-covered wire replacement tail. String whiskers present. Doll has oilcloth eyes, stitched detailing on face including mouth and pants have four mother-of-pearl buttons. No Steiff button, but ear has small hole where button would have been attached. c. 1931 and shown on page 51 of "The Disneyana Book" by Munsey. Head has been reattached and feet have wear to surface. One foot has extensive stitched repairs to tip of shoe. Good/VG overall but still Fine for display and stands well on its own.
