Item Description
4x22-5/8" tin litho strip sign that was attached to top of comic book rack carrying both DC and Marvel comics, 1960s. Left/right edges have crimped metal edge for attaching to wire rack and two vertical scored lines for display on such a rack. Left section has large "Superman" comic book title/logo w/Read Superman And His Amazing Adventures" text and DC logo. Center section has "Comic Books" text while right section has large and bold "Marvel Comics" name. .25" spot of oxidation along left edge and some scattered paint nicks/scratches. Tiny pinpoint raised spot on "Superman" name. Still glossy and VF overall. Nice display featuring the two big comic book publishers. Rare.
