Item Description
5.75" tall (8.5" tall to top of raised handle) tin litho. Ohio Art, c. 1930s. Great embossed wrap-around beach scene shows Mickey Mouse and Pluto looking over at Goofy who has been buried asleep in the sand, as Donald Duck walks between them, carrying sand pail and beach umbrella. Exterior is evenly aged and has scattered minor bends and some paint nicks/scratches. Interior has some lt. scattered oxidation to base and scattered wear from use. Rims have some bare metal showing. VG/Fine overall. One of only two embossed Disney pails by Ohio Art, this version only produced as embossed.
