The 1999 Pokemon Fossil set is highly-sought after by collectors as in conjunction with Base and Jungle, it is a portion of the 151-card Pokedex, the original Pokemon set, and contains the first cards of many original characters. Also noted as the final set produced by Wizards of the Coast, Fossil is the smallest of the three WOTC sets, with just 62 cards.
