Item Description
7.25x8.5" blister card contains set of eight plastic figures, 1" to 2" tall. In the early 1970s, Marx re-introduced Disneykins and this set is ©1971. Figures include - Bambi, Thumper, Joe Carioca, Br'er Rabbit, Big Bad Wolf, Fiddler Pig, Practical Pig and Fifer Pig. All three pig figures are rare variants, totally different from those issued in the second series Disneykins from 1961. Also, the Big Bad Wolf is unique to this series and only sold as part of this blister card set. Card back pictures all 48 Disneykins from this later series, including Wolf and Pigs. There were a total of six different carded sets issued, comprising the 48 figures. Blister remains firmly affixed to card, which has some corner tip wear and slight warp. Remnants of price sticker at upper left. Blister has small dent by Bambi, but is o/w free of cracks. Card is Fine overall w/contents Mint as packaged. Rare set w/unique Wolf figure.
