Item Description
11x14x2" deep cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains Feinberg-Henry Mfg. Co. set, 1940s, despite being issued in ©1938 TLR Inc. box. Lid has one corner split and shows surface paper wear to edges and corners. Lid has slight concave warp w/corner creases. Fine. Set includes 27.25" long generic leather belt w/leather bullet loops that hold three silver painted wooden bullets. Exc. Pair of 9.5" tall cardboard holsters w/leather loops and pockets bearing imprinted "Hi-Yo Silver - Lone Ranger" logo w/image of Lone Ranger on rearing Silver. Metal bands around plastic jewels have some oxidation, o/w holsters display Exc. Holsters come w/two different (but very similar) 8" long painted composition (done to conserve metal during World War II) guns, one w/steerhead grips and raised "Ranger" name under bullet cylinder while other has horsehead grips and no name. Both are Exc.
