7" tall molded soft white vinyl depicting Ludwig w/one hand raised in the air. Has yellow beak and feet, blue jacket and tie, red vest. By Dell c. 1961. White areas have lightly but evenly tanned w/age, small scattered trace of paint wear. Arm that is folded behind his back has a .25" wide by 1" long streak without blue color but appears to be as made and not noticeable when viewed from the front. Still squeaks. Fine.
