Item Description
Large 5x17x25" tall box contains near complete set by Mego for use w/8" action figure series ©1977 DC Comics Inc. Box features great illustration on one side w/full color photo on opposite side of building setup plus various closeup photos on side panels. Box has moderate wear along edges, lt. creases and scattered color rubs. Bottom flap has remainder of catalog sticker. End flaps attached but have creasing. Box displays Fine. Set consists of a three-story building w/penthouse that is over 40" tall and includes 4 long and 1 short masonite floor panels and full color illustrated cardboard bkg. panels w/illustrations of various bat cave memorabilia, computers, vehicles, etc. Other plastic parts include "Working Bat Elevator," computer console, bookcase w/secret hiding compartment, table and chairs. The full color stickers have been applied to computer console. Box is missing cardboard inserts and instructions. The large illustrated cardboard panels were separated at perforations and have lt. wear. Near complete with 20/23 U clips, most on sprues. 10 single sided clips, 13 double sided clips, 14 long yellow girders (1 missing), 3 short silver girders. Rest of contents appear complete. This is the top item in the Mego super hero playset line and this example is in VF condition overall.
