Item Description
11.5x13" stitched cloth trick or treat bag w/vinyl carry handles and silk-screened image of Popeye and Olive Oyl (who runs from ghost) on one side. Bottom corner has Collegeville Flag & Mfg. Co. thin cardboard tag attached w/handwritten "1961" date and "Popeye Trick Or Treat Bag" notation. A higher end trick or treat bag sold in stores alongside Collegeville Halloween costumes. Bag shows lt. wear where folded over the years but is o/w Exc. Scarce. From the Collegeville Archives (see other Collegeville items throughout the auction).
