5" tall (8" to top of raised handle) tin litho. Ohio Art, ©1938 WDE. Nice wrap-around scene depicting Donald Duck as traffic cop w/his nephews whizzing by on tricycles. Some trace aging, but color remains strong and pail remains bright and glossy. Exc.
