3.5x5-7/8". Over under jugate portraits flanked by furled flags w/the US Capitol in the background and scrolls labeled "Amnesty" and "Emancipation" in foreground. Edge wear including scattered tiny chips of missing paper along top but flap remains attached and unsealed. Otherwise moderate edge wear and light age toning. Fine. With the image remaining 99% clean. Among the most attractive letter cover designs of the 1864 campaign.
