Item Description
24x23" and reads "1888 Harrison & Morton 1892" featuring graphic of eagle, wings spread, perched on rock w/three baby eagles in nest. Additional text reads "Civil Service Reform" and "Reduction Of Surplus". Around the border are 39 chain linked stars each containing the abbreviation of a state. Fading to blue ink and scattered small light brown spots of toning throughout. Fine. Red remains bold. Still displays nicely and among the most popular Harrison bandanas.
