Item Description
9.25x12" program w/20 pages (including covers) issued for 1967 revue concert. Program is loaded w/Otis Redding content, w/photo of Redding featured on front cover and back cover having concert poster-like design w/photo of Redding at top beside "Shake" song title. Inside front cover features full body photo of Redding and back cover image is repeated on first page, Other Redding content includes two additional full pages photos as well as "Highlights Of Otis Redding's Career" and "Otis Redding Brings Popularity To Rhythm & Blues Shows" articles. Program even foregoes biography for Arthur Conley, w/lead-in text reading "Instead Of A Regular Bio, We Are Giving You A Note From The Great Otis Redding Regarding His Impression Of Arthur Conley." In addition to Conley, the concert also featured Percy Sledge, James Carr, The Manhattans, Betty Swan, The '5' Stairsteps & Cubie, Betty Harris, The Bar-Kays and Sad Sam; all of whom have featured photos. Program has some handling wear w/pinch creases to spine and some corner tip wear. Fine overall.
