Pair of posters from 1967 22x28" thin cardboard window card for Robert Ground's anti-drug thriller "The Weird World Of LSD" is designed like a travel agent's poster, w/image of airplane and "Taking A Trip? Don't Go LSD, But See The Weird World Of LSD - See Your Travel Agent!" text. The film warned of the dangers of LSD in a way similar to how "Reefer Madness" warned people of the evils of marijuana. Printed by Benton Card Company, Inc. of Benson, NC. Blank marquee w/moderate margin aging and minor corner tip wear. Fine/VF. 13x20-1/8" stiff paper poster has lotus flower design featuring Timothy Leary "Tune In - Turn On- Drop Out" quote from the 1967 Human Be-In. Smaller "Of The Game Into Life" text appears below this. Bottom center featured "OM" artist initials. Faint .25" stain below center of poster, o/w Exc. Rick Synchef Collection.
