Item Description
14x22". Screen printed on thin cardboard. Headline "Free John Sinclair, Pun Plamondon, Jack Forrest!" all three had been indicted for the 1968 bombing of a CIA recruitment office in Ann Arbor, MI. The week long event was sponsored by the White Panther Party, New Mobilization To End The War, Zero Population Growth, Environmental Action For Survival (ENACT) and more. Artist and speakers of note included; Tom Hayden, Mark Lane, Phil Ochs and "The CIA Conspiracy Trial Staff." Damp stains most notably at top right and bottom left, faint age toning at top left and moderate handling wear. Fine. A striking and rare poster from a major Midwest counter culture epicenter.
