Item Description
29x43" poster for Argentinean release of the classic Fleischer Studios "Superman" cartoons, the first of which were released in 1941. Poster features great full body image of "El Superhombre (Superman)" breaking though poster's bkg. Additional Spanish text at lower left notes Superman appearing in "'Action Comics And Superman Magazines'." Small Paramount Studios logo below this at lower left. Argentinean printing logo at upper right. Poster was originally folded and has now been linen-mounted and has had some restoration along fold lines and at fold crease intersections. This includes to margin fold fills as well as touch-ups/fills to pin holes at corners and along margins. Poster is evenly aged and as restored and linen-mounted, now displays VF. Rare Superman poster w/wonderful graphics.
