Item Description
3.25x5.25". Features state seal w/"June 20, 1863" at center. WV was formed after residents in the northwest counties of Virginia disagreed with the states decision to secede from the Union. Age toning throughout w/thin lines of darker toning at extreme edges. VG. Highly historic ballot from the state's first presidential campaign and the first we can recall offering in our 52 years.
