Item Description
5.5x8.5" Christmas card features great image on front of Hop Harrigan in plane's cockpit, flashing the V for Victory sign w/"This Is Hop Harrigan Coming In.... To Bring You The Season's Greetings!" text. Hop Harrigan first appeared in "All-American Comics" #1 then the flagship title of All-American Publications, (one of the forerunners to DC Comics) and was published for a total of 102 issues (1939-1948), including those published by DC after All-American and its titles were purchased by National Periodicals (DC) in 1946. This promotional card was issued by DC around that time and as such saw limited distribution. Card interior is blank as issued and unused. NM. Rare and only the second we've offered in our 52 years.
