Item Description
Cards are about 2.25x3.5" each w/moderate handling wear. Fine. Plate is 9" dia. w/"John Maddock & Sons England" hallmark on reverse. Surface wear consistent w/moderate use. VF. This scarce plate is attributed to Political Equality League founder Alva Vanderbilt Belmont who hosted Suffragette luncheons and encouraged guests to take a piece of the china as a souvenir.
