Item Description
Frame is 24x31". Flag is 18x24.5". Cotton. 1884. Listed in Collins, "Threads Of History" as plate #523. Moisture stains in field at left most notably a 1.5x2" at lower left. Fine. Not examined out of frame. Retains bold colors and displays wonderfully.
