Item Description
12.25x16.25" frame w/9.75x13.75" opening. Period frame housing hand colored litho print published by "James Baillie." Titled "Grand, National, Whig Banner." A less than 1.25" vertical tear just affecting text in lower margin left of center. Extremely Fine. The finest colors we've encountered on this print and only the third example we can recall in our 52 years.
