8-3/8" long. Silk. Sullivan/Fischer HC-25. An ornate "Fac Simile Of The Grand National Whig Prize Banner" at center w/additional text above "Henry Clay Our Nation's Statesman And Our Nation's Stay." Scattered vertical fabric pulls contained to top and bottom edges. Small hole just left of center below image of banner and scattered dots of light brown age toning. VG. Scarce.
