Item Description
Both of these 1938 premium items feature same photo image of Al Hodge, the radio actor who portrayed The Green Hornet/Britt Reid as seen in previous item. 3.5x5.5" glossy premium postcard mentions radio program and sponsor "Kurnels" on back, which has stamp and 1938 postmark. Vertical crease just right of center w/many surface hairlines, which are only noticeable in reflected light. Scattered wear w/creases and corner tip wear. VG. Scarce. 5x7" nice quality silver gelatin fan photo has same "Very Sincerely Britt Reid" facsimile inscription/signature but w/addition of "'The Green Hornet'" name and "©1938 The Green Hornet Inc." notation at bottom (which does not appear in the milk premium pictures. Scattered handling wear w/corner crease at upper left. Fine/VF. Rare.
