Item Description
Lot of 20 buttons from 1966 includes set of 14 15/16" dia. litho buttons and two color variants of "Dick Grayson - Robin" and "Wha-Ramm!" buttons. Creative House, ©1966 NPP Inc. Two basic color varieties were issued for this set - rwb/black and red/black/yellow/green. Luster varieties were also issued for the "Crimefighter" and "Fan" designs. Buttons feature various slogans and character images including Batman, Robin, Joker, Riddler, Batmobile, etc. Lot also includes the larger 1-./8" dia. litho "I'm A Batman Crimefighter" button. Scattered minor wear, all remain glossy and VF to NM overall. Lot comes w/two different color 1.5" dia. "Bat Pin" litho tabs; both unused and Exc. 3.5x5" illustrated card contains 3" tall enamel painted metal figural pin depicting Batman leaping. Card has some aging/wear and is Fine/VF while pin has a few pinpoint paint flakes and is VF. An instant collection.
