Satirical caricatures of Louise Day Hicks, Boston City Council member and John Kerrigan, Boston School Committee Chairman, leaning on a decaying school building w/signs "Racism," "Poor Maintenance," "Crowding," and "Teacher & Staff Lay-offs."  Text at bottom reads "We All Need Black White Unity Better Integrated Schools." Vertical and horizontal fold as issued, moderate age toning at edges and ink notion at top right. Extremely Fine. A rare survivor.
