Item Description
Large 9.75" tall tin litho w/11.75" dia. opening. Geuder, Paeschke & Fry Co., who produced two different waste baskets as well as the classic Mickey Mouse lunch kit. 1936. Waste basket features Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Horace Horsecollar and Clarabelle Cow on mountain top, Pluto looking in fear from behind rock. Other side of waste basket is plain, lt. blue in color. The other waste basket this company produced featured these characters (as well as Donald Duck and Mickey's nephew) on boat. Underside has most goldtone luster intact. Front has some scattered wear w/some small spots of oxidation to image area, which also has 1.5" long mark from piece of tape once applied. Rim shows scattered wear, w/areas of bare metal showing. Sides have slightest age fading. VG overall. Scarce.
