DC. Joker appearance. Batman begins working w/police. Ad for "Star Spangled Comics" #1. Bill Finger story. Bob Kane cover and art w/additional art by Jerry Robinson and George Roussos. As for CGC conservation note, this is designated as cover having been reinforced. Off-white to white pages. CGC "Conserved" grade is defined as repairs done using only rice paper, wheat glue, vintage staples and archival tape. Any other materials would change classification to "Restored."
