Item Description
17-3/8x22" on news print w/vertical and horizontal folds as issued. Additional text reads "The Fascists Have Already Decided In Advance To Murder Chairman Bobby Seale In The Electric Chair" followed by a long statement from "Eldridge Cleaver Minister Of Information Black Panther Party". Produced in the aftermath of Seale being charged w/conspiracy and inciting a riot during the Democratic National Convention in 1968. The image of Seale in the electric chair is by Emory Douglas. Seale would later credit the image w/helping save his life. Scattered edge wear and short horizontal tears at right. Fine. Scarce.
