3x12" license plate is thin metal w/scattered paint loss most notably in field at top right. VF. 10.5x13.25" tray has portrait of FDR and text "Keep Roosevelt In The White House. A 1/2" area of surface wear in top green margin. Otherwise minor dots of missing paint along edge most notably at bottom left. VF.
