Item Description
Original plastic bag w/inner die-cut cardboard display stand contains approx. 13" tall posable Kennerflex foam doll w/inserts for posing. Kenner, ©1965. Bag has promotional text on exterior reading "Bendable - Durable - Huggable." Bag is slightly aged w/some dust soiling. Cardboard display features image of Winnie the Worm, a character of Kenner's design that bears a passing resemblance to Richard Scarry's Lowly Worm, but Winnie beats Lowly by almost 30 years. Packaging shows wear to cardboard display. Fine overall. Doll comes w/separate soft plastic hat and shows some lt. wear but is o/w VF/Exc. as packaged. Rare and the first we've offered in our 52 years. From the Collection of Kenner Eastern Regional Sales Manager Lee Goldman.
