Item Description
Lot of three 1950s Hopalong Cassidy clothing-related items. 4-5/8x23-5/8" wooden board (w/jigsawed ends) features silk-screened image of Hopalong Cassidy at left, tipping his cowboy hat. Text on pegged clothes rack reads "Hoppy's Bunkhouse Clothes Corral - Hang 'Em Up Here Cowpokes" and rack was meant for clothing, hats or cap guns. Made by G.E. Lyons Industries as dairy company premiums and as such, multiple issuer imprint varieties exist. This example has "Northland Milk" imprint at right. Moderate scattered wear, including some filling of holes from additional pegs. Fine. 3.5x11.5" wide pressed composition tie rack features Hoppy and Topper with Western themes on both sides. Text reads "Hopalong Cassidy - Topper - Bar-20." Brown variety w/gold highlights. Back stamp reads "Authentic Hopalong Cassidy Tie Rack By Glick, Chicago." Exc. 5x13" store card has punch-out Bill Boyd picture done in a badge style. Un-punched. Holds "Hopalong Cassidy" belt by Yale Belt Corp. Belt has repeated Western images and "Hopalong Cassidy" name w/figural metal gun belt buckle fitting into leather "holster" keeper w/"Hopalong Cassidy" name. Card has some corner tip/edge wear and handling wear. Fine/VF. Belt is NM.
