Item Description
6.75x9-3/8" thin paper calendar w/pages perforated along top as meant to be removed as the year progressed. All are intact. Printed in Spain for the Spanish market, 1940. Pages show a mix of Disney and Fleischer Studios characters- the Three Little Pigs (each w/their own month), Little Red Riding Hood, Wise Little Hen, Donald Duck, Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Pluto, Popeye (who carries rifle and dead rabbit), Betty Boop, Gideon Goat and the Big Bad Wolf. Sheets are evenly aged and have some scattered creases. Trace oxidation to staple. Fine overall. Rare piece of Disney/Fleischer ephemera and the first we've seen in our 52 years.
