Item Description
27x41" poster for the original release of John Carpenter's 1978 horror film starring Jamie Lee Curtis and Donald Pleasence. Poster is dominated by Bob Gleason's iconic Halloween jack-o-lantern image w/the hand of Michael Myers holding a large knife alongside "The Night He Came Home!" catchphrase. Poster has four faint horizontal creases and has been rolled. Upper left corner has 4.5" diagonal corner crease to margin. Poster has scattered handling wear and is Fine overall but could be matted and framed for nice display. Classic poster for the movie that helped launch the slasher film craze of the late 1970s and 1980s.
