David McKay Publishing. Published in 1941. "The Lone Ranger Rides Again". As for CGC conservation note, this is designated as piece re-attached, spine splits sealed to cover. Off-white to white pages. CGC "Conserved" grade is defined as repairs done using only rice paper, wheat glue, vintage staples and archival tape. Any other materials would change classification to "Restored".
