Item Description
Pair of 5-1/8x8.25" publications, each w/24 pages and published by Triangle Publications Inc. First issue is for the week of April 3-9, 1953. This is the first issue of this national TV program and features Lucille Ball and her "Fifty Million Dollar Baby" on the cover. Three-page article w/photos of Lucy and baby inside. One-page ad for "Space Patrol" also present. Book has some lt. handling wear/aging and has some scattered ink staining to extreme top edge of pages as printed and this is only noticeable when viewed from top. Tiny trace of staple oxidation but overall still as clean a copy as we have ever offered, w/no mailing label. VF/NM. Third issue is for the week of April 17-23, 1953 and features cartoon totem pole w/Lucy at the very top, her baby in her arms. Similar condition but w/o inking and tiny nick at top left. VF/NM w/no mailing label. A true TV collectible classic pair.
