Item Description
Lot of three Majolica pieces, made in Germany, c. 1910. Detailed and colorful high gloss glaze cookie jar is 9.75" tall and shows Happy Hooligan shoving large cookie into his mouth. Some staining to edge of collar and small hole to forehead as made, but VF/Exc. overall. 5-7/8" tall w/wonderful depiction of Happy at right holding flower around rim of planter. Glossy and Exc. 5.75" tall figural match holder features Happy standing beside large shoe, which has striker on backside. Scattered aging/wear. VF. These are the actual examples shown in "The Official Price Guide To Pop Culture Memorabilia" by Ted Hake and comes with COA.
