Item Description
Superb high quality bronze stands atop marble base for total height of 9.5" and depicts Dumbo standing atop circus stand, the crow's feather held in his trunk and Timothy Mouse standing inside Dumbo's hat. Bronze was created by sculptor Paul Vought, who is well-known for his Disney and Warner Bros. bronzes, particularly his rendition of Carl Barks' "Sheriff Of Bullet Valley" Donald Duck bronze. ©1989 Disney. Back of stand has Vought's incised signature, Disney copyright and "FC3" notation. Tiny spot of paint off one toenail and a few small spots of green aging to bronze on Dumbo's backside, but o/w Exc. Stunning piece for Disney and bronze collectors.
