Item Description
Original mailing envelope w/Mickey Mouse illustrated return address, typed recipient name/address and 1937 postmark contains 4x5" cardstock card noting that a year subscription of "The Mickey Mouse Magazine" had been gifted to the recipient. Card features great illustration of Mickey and Donald Duck in an airplane, Mickey holding a copy of Vol. 2 #11 issue from Aug. 1937. Inked names on appropriate lines. Exc. Envelope has been neatly opened along left and shows some scattered aging/handling wear. VF. Rare, especially w/envelope. This is the actual example shown in "The Official Price Guide To Disney Collectibles" by Ted Hake and comes with COA.
