Item Description
Lot of three softcover books published by Whitman between 1934 and 1938. "Terry And The Pirates" measures 3.5x5.75" w/stiff paper covers and 52 pages. From series of eight rare premium books that were issued w/different back cover colors w/or w/o ads. This example is w/o imprint on blue back cover. Trace wear on back cover but still an Exc./NM copy of file copy quality and much nicer than typically found. Other two books are 2.5x3-5/8" w/32 pages and from Whitman's Penny Book series of 18 books. Offered here are "Adventures Of Terry And The Pirates" and "Terry And The Pirates On Their Travels." Both are choice, NM file copy quality and as nice as these come.
