41x54" paper mounted on linen banner. Small text along bottom edge "Wm. T. Wagner" and address in "Bronx" New York. Minor tears, edge wear and moderate handling. Has partially separated from the wooden dowel but could be easily reattached. Fine. A well above average example of this scarce banner.
