Item Description
Large and impressive 15-7/8x21-1/8" pressbook for the original release of "The Miracle Rider," a 1935 Mascot movie serial directed by B. Reeves Eason and Armand Schaefer and starring silent movie cowboy star Tom Mix (1880-1940) in his last major film role. Portrait of Mix dominates cover and 12-page pressbook features promotional text for Mix's radio program and features about his product line and how to get premiums. Also features all 15 Chapter lobby cards and posters. Horizontal fold at center as issued w/pinch creases along fold. No clips. Fine overall. A very rare pressbook and the first example we've offered in our 52 years. This is the actual example shown in "The Official Price Guide To Pop Culture Memorabilia" by Ted Hake and comes with COA.
