22x28" on thin stock w/"John R. McFetridge & Sons Philadelphia" at bottom center. Coattails for Auditor General Edward Martin, Judge of Superior Court Frank M. Trexler and State Treasurer Samuel S. Lewis. Edge wear including small losses and tears most notably are a 2" vertical extending into the "Y" in "Party" and a 1.5" vertical affecting the "4" at bottom center. Otherwise heavy handling wear and light age toning. VG. Once framed this will make for an imposing display piece.
