Second has "Eighteenth Annual Convention" and "Woman's Relief Corps. Auxilary To The Grand Army Of The Republic. Department Of Washington And Alaska" above a portrait of TR. Additional text below "May 26, 27, 28 1903." Faint horizontal crease through the bottom of the eagle design. Otherwise only light handling wear. Exc.
