3.25x4.75" and 3.5x6". Cover features first official national flag of the Confederacy w/text in white stripe "A Secession Envelope" and "Jeff. Davis, Pres./ Alex H. Stephens Vice Pres." in red stripes. Light handling wear. Unsealed. VF. Ballot has short tear and two small holes at right center. Reverse has tape remnant at top center and faint tape stain at bottom center. VG.
