This Popular Comic Book, Radio And Cartoon Character Continues To Promote And Support The Schools At War Programs Through Special Incentives Designed To Encourage Patriotism In Students Through Grade Seven." Issued by the US Treasury Department, US Office Of Education and its Wartime Commission for the 1943-1944 school year. A matching Batman card was produced. Card has inkstamp of original recipient "Mrs. Eugenia Holden Vail G. S." at bottom. Two hole punches along left, not affecting text or image. Still VF overall. Rare.
