Item Description
Matched pair of 7" tall figural solid painted plaster bookends depicting Grumpy from "Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs" by LaMode Studios Inc. ©1938 WDE. Front base of each has incised "Grumpy" name and incised Disney copyright on sides of base. Undersides of each complete w/original felt covering and lightly aged LaMode labels. Both are evenly aged w/scattered wear and some paint flaking to one bookend's side. Fine overall. This company's products are more commonly found in lamp form and night lights; bookends are scarce.
