Item Description
This set was manufactured by Ideal, ©1966 NPP, Inc. Considered by many to be the top Batman collectible of the 1960s, this lot includes "Sanctuary" Mountain (w/both doors and periscope but missing weather vane), "Authentic Hand Painted Figures Of "Batman (w/o separate cape) and Robin (w/cape), as well as solid color plastic figures of The Key, Mouse Man and Kaltor. Lot also includes free-wheeling "Bat Car" (Batmobile has canopy) and Reflector Ray Weapon (w/chewed antenna). Comes w/aged/worn sheet w/Batman figure illustration. Both The Key and Mouse Man's fragile thin weapons are complete and villain figures are NM. Robin's cape has one prong off, which prevents cape from being put in place and Batman figure's chest decal shows some wear. These figures/accessories are VG to Fine overall.
